The challenge
A website's value becomes especially clear when a visitor submits an application, a colleague updates content, or a service encounters a problem. TBAS needs to sustain bilingual content and membership services. Vital Wellspring needs several websites to migrate smoothly and remain well maintained afterward. Both needs require the work after launch to be considered from the start.
Our approach
We used AI to assist with TBAS's software development, layout adjustments, and troubleshooting, delivering a bilingual website, content management, and a membership application workflow. We checked each step from form completion and data storage to notification delivery, ensuring requests received on the website reach the responsible colleagues and content can continue to be updated through the management system.
What we delivered
- TBAS's bilingual website and content management workflow for continued page updates.
- A TBAS membership application flow connecting the visitor form, stored submission, and notification to responsible staff.
- Vital Wellspring's WordPress migration and maintenance work, covering websites, databases, domains, backup arrangements, and ongoing health and security inspections.
The details we handled
The Vital Wellspring engagement covers migration and maintenance of multiple WordPress sites. We organized the websites, databases, and access requirements, completed migration, domain, and backup arrangements, and used ongoing inspections to track health and security issues. Page publishing, notification testing, migration, and inspection results all provide a basis for subsequent maintenance and handover.
- A form appearing to submit successfully does not establish that the information was stored or that the responsible colleague received the notification. These steps must be checked as one service flow.
- Moving website files is only part of a migration. The site, database, access conditions, domain setup, and backup arrangements need to support the same operating environment and remain understandable for maintenance.
What changes
The work connects the public website with the tasks required to keep it useful. TBAS staff have a way to maintain bilingual content and follow membership applications into internal handling. Vital Wellspring's migration, domain, backup, and inspection records provide a basis for continued maintenance and handover, while people confirm the behavior of the services visitors use.
How to verify delivery
Acceptance checks for a comparable implementation. Agree on representative inputs and acceptance criteria with your team before verification.
- Publish representative content in both TBAS languages through the management system and inspect the resulting pages and language navigation.
- Submit a membership application and compare the form data with the stored record; confirm that the intended staff notification reaches its destination.
- For each agreed migrated site, compare representative pages and data with the source, check its domain and backup arrangements, and review health-inspection results for items requiring follow-up.
Every thoughtful implementation starts with understanding the work.
